When you register your product warranty failed and it shows information that "Warranty register failed, the device's SN is in Blacklist, 

please check details via https://www.solaxpower.com/warranty-blacklist/", it could be the following possible reasons:


Your device belongs to stolen batch.

1. The device's SN belongs to a batch of products which have been stolen on July 18th 2022, on the way to Czech Republic from Netherlands, and we have made official announcement via 

multi-channels immediately. For those stolen batch products, we will not provide any effective warranty protection, as well as service or technical support. You can check whether your device SN is 

belongs to the stole batch from our official website or via the link https://www.solaxpower.com/2022/08/08/solax-power-announcement/


2. Others.

If your device's SN is not belongs to stolen batch, but you are still got “Warranty register failed, the device's SN is in Blacklist,
